My name is Alun Griffiths from Co Wicklow and I am the creator of the AMACA Chopping Board Riser. With over 30 years’ experience working as a chef at many different levels of the hospitality industry, from fine dine to contract catering, I myself have personally suffered with posture-related injuries, like so many others in the industry today.
The AMACA Chopping Board Riser is designed to adjust any work surface to a safe and comfortable height and, therefore,correct the posture of many personnel in the food trade. The added bonus that the AMACA Chopping Board Riser offers is that it has a non-slip top and base, eliminating the need for damp and unhygienic cloths to prevent your chopping boards from slipping.
